IT WAS 'FULL HOUSE' FOR A FULL STAGE AT TELEVISION CENTRE.
Anna Valley Displays took over BBC TV Stage 8 at Television Centre on Wednesday 3rd May for their latest Demonstration Day.
The ANNA VALLEY Displays team of technicians built a complete Studio SET comprising Christie DLP projection from their series of 8/12/16k Roadster projectors, a very imaginative use of Toshibas 6mm curvable high resolution Led, providing a unique entrance to the Studio and foreground piece to the set. The construction featured Led walls with apertures and a pitched ceiling.
The main set exploited the combination of several different configurations of LED including lightweight low resolution semi transparent panels, castellated LED stacks, giant portrait aspect, projection screens, a cyc' video wash and edge blended video floor projection.
A side set featured the Christie HD12Kc (1920x1080) this unit is specially colour corrected and uniquely suited to television. The result - remarkable crystal clear 16 foot wide, HD image.
A further rig illustrated the edge blending attributes of the DLPs cleverly using SXGA+ projectors to produce HD and SD images on one Giant screen.
In the second entrance to Stage 8, ANNA VALLEY technicians built a quality Plasma Wall from 6 x 50" Panasonic units, a solution for shows that require a budget display.
The Demonstration Day illustrates the many and varied attributes and flexibility of the display equipment in ANNA VALLEY DISPLAYS itinerary and the skills on tap from our technicians that can be channelled into your Productions.
