HOWARD MARKS AT THE PAGALLE

The 11th December saw Howard Marks perform his sell out show at the Pigalle Club in Piccadilly. The former smuggler turned celeb reads extracts from his book ‘Mr Nice’ and recants his life story.

Shooting Partners worked with Eagle Media to provide the HD shooting, sound & projection for the event.

The set up included 3 x Sony HDW750’s locked in fixed positions onto the stage area. 3 x Sony Z1’s were used to roam around the stage and audience for additional footage with a polecam in use to get sweeping shots of Howard and the audience. Shooting Partners also provided the audio PA system and Shooting Partners sister company Anna Valley Displays provided the projector and screen used to enhance the performance, this was mixed live using the down converted outputs from the HD cameras, scan converted computer graphics and the Polecam.

The audience included photographer Mick Rock, Sean Pertwee, Ian Wright, Nick Berry, from Heartbeat, the Dirty Sanchez Boys and the Hamiltons.
