British Television celebrity Piers Morgan is coming to LA. Not to film another episode of his top rating show 'America's Got Talent' but this time to explore the current explosion of UK talent in Hollywood. Why is British 'talent" is so popular in Hollywood right now? From top rated TV series like House (Hugh Laurie) and Ugly Betty (Ashley Jensen) to entertainment series like 'So you think you can Dance' (Cat Deeley) and Ameican Idol (Simon Cowel) there's never been a better time for UK actors and TV presenters to pack their bags and head for the US in search of fame and fortune.

'Piers Morgan On LA ', will be one of three one hour programmes, the others being set in Monaco and Dubai for which Piers will deliver a glamorous and informative look at these most fascinating of places through the key people that live and work there.

The 'Piers Morgan On...' series has been commissioned for ITV 1 and is scheduled for transmission in January 09.
