World Poker Series

We provided six Sony PDW700 HD XDCAM camera kits to IMG Media for the World Series of Poker.

IMG wanted to create a fast paced tapeless workflow, on multiple cameras, covering several poker games simultaneously. The shoot took place in the Empire Casino in London's Leicester Square.

Shooting Partners Facilities called in Sony's XDCAM Product Manager, Phil Myers, to assist in the tapeless workflow management. Training was also provided for the camera operators on site.

We not only provided the hire kit, but had technicians on site to help with set up and kit familiarization.
